How can I sign up for the gym?

Everything online and hassle-free. Click HERE and choose your preferred gym. Select the plan, fill in all the required details, make the first payment and you're done! Welcome to the Crew 🥳

Is it true that there’s no commitment?

Yes! You just need to keep in mind that, to cancel your contract, you must schedule the cancellation 15 days before the contractual end date.
You can come back at any time 😌

What do I need to bring to my workout?

Bring workout clothes and shoes, a workout towel and, if you need it, a padlock to store your belongings in our lockers 🔒

Can I bring a friend to train with me?

If you sign up for the Premium plan, you’re entitled to bring a gym partner with you for one of your daily workouts 🤗 Your guest doesn’t have to be the same person each time. You must enter together, one at a time, using the QR Code you receive when you sign up.

From what age can I attend Element?

You can be part of the Element Crew from the age of 14 and up 😃

What are the payment methods?

With the exception of the first payment, which is made via MB Way or Multibanco, at Element we work with fortnightly direct debit payments for your convenience 💳
