Yes! You just need to keep in mind that, to cancel your contract, you must schedule the cancellation 15 days before the end of the contractual term. You can return at any time 😌

Except for the first payment, which is made through MB Way or Multibanco reference, at Element we accept fortnightly payments via direct debit for your convenience. 💳

Podes fazer upgrade do teu plano diretamente na app Element Gyms. Depois de confirmares a alteração, o novo plano fica ativo na data que selecionaste 😋

You can upgrade your plan directly in the Element Gyms app.  Once you confirm the change, your new plan will become active on the date you selected 😋

Podes fazer parte da Element Crew a partir de idade igual ou superior a 14 anos 😃

Can I be part of the Element Crew starting at the same age or older than 14 years? 😃

To update any of your personal data, such as NIF, IBAN, email, or to revoke data processing consents, you must send your request to elementfitdados@elementgyms.pt . We commit to responding as quickly as possible 😄

Podes agendar o teu cancelamento da tua inscrição através da tua área privada. Tem atenção que, para cancelar o teu contrato, deves proceder ao agendamento do cancelamento 15 dias antes da data final do termo contratual 🙂

Yes! Visit or try Element without any commitment. You need to register, and if you're not satisfied within 14 days after signing up, we will refund your money 😄 Just request a refund through contact@element-fitness.pt. Sign up HERE

Element was designed for your convenience and to focus on what matters—training. We do not have a traditional physical reception because the entire registration and access process is 100% online. If you'd like to register at the gym entrance, you can do so via our sign-up page or kiosk at the entry 😎

At Element, all support is provided digitally and online. From social media to the contact form, which you can find HERE, our team is available to respond to your questions, suggestions, and comments 😉 We promise to reply as quickly as possible.

We understand our Crew members have different needs. With the OP Plan, you have access to Element seven times a week. From Monday to Friday, your training hours are from opening until 09:30. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, you can train freely from 9:00 to 18:00 😉

Sabemos que os membros da nossa Crew têm necessidades diferentes. Com o Plano OP tens acesso ao Element sete vezes por semana. Contudo de 2ª a 6ª o teu horário de treino é desde a hora de abertura até às 09:30. Sábados, Domingos e Feriados é horário livre das 9:00 às 18:00 😉

You can train at Element year-round, except on Christmas Day and January 1st. Our gyms are open Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 22:30. Except Faro, Miraflores, Seixal, TagusPark, and Castelo Branco, which are open from 7:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9:00 to 18:00. ⏱

Não queremos que ninguém da Crew fique sem treinar, por isso alertamos para que não te esqueças de levar o teu telemóvel 📱 O QR Code é a única forma de teres acesso ao teu ginásio.

We don't want anyone on the Crew to miss their workout, so we remind you not to forget to bring your phone 📱 The QR Code is the only way to access your gym.

Bring workout clothes and shoes, a workout towel, and if needed, a padlock to store your belongings in our lockers 🔒

All Element gyms have lockers and changing rooms available for free. Don’t forget your padlock and towel 😉

Yes! No Crew member feels lost. If you need a little push, we have Personal Trainers to help you achieve your goals 🏋

Não temos aulas tradicionais de grupo em estúdio. Em vez disso, oferecemos dinâmicas de grupo curtas, com duração entre 15 a 20 minutos, perfeitas para se integrarem facilmente na tua rotina. Sabe mais junto dos instrutores do teu ginásio 🙂

We do not have traditional studio group classes. Instead, we offer short group dynamics lasting 15 to 20 minutes, perfect to easily fit into your routine. Find out more with your gym instructors 🙂

Se aderires ao plano Premium, tens direito a trazer, em um dos teus treinos diários, um gym partner 🤗 O teu convidado não tem de ser o mesmo. Devem entrar junto, um de cada vez, com o QR Code que recebes quando te inscreves.

If you subscribe to the Premium plan, you can bring a gym partner during one of your daily workouts 🤗 Your guest does not need to be the same person. They can enter together, one at a time, using the QR code you receive when you sign up.

Por vezes acontece existir alguma falha ou insuficiência de fundos no momento, e está tudo bem! 🙂 Se isso acontecer, podes sempre regularizar o pagamento por MB Way ou Referência Multibanco através da tua Área Privada 💳

Sometimes there is a failure or insufficient funds at the moment, but that's okay! 🙂 If this happens, you can always settle the payment via MB Way or Multibanco Reference through your Private Area 💳

It is not possible to suspend payments during your vacation period. Once you return from vacation, the Crew will be here to welcome you back 😄 Remember that if you cancel, you may need to pay a new registration fee.
