We are digital, dynamic, accessible, and offer a complete workout experience with cutting-edge equipment 💪 No reception, just scan your QR code and start training.

How can I sign up?

All online and hassle-free. Click HERE and choose your preferred gym. Select the plan, fill in all the necessary details, make the first payment, and you're in! Welcome to the Crew 😊

Which Elements correspond to my region?

Our gyms are divided into North and South zones. 🌍

NORTH:

Braga, Ermesinde, Águas Santas, Maia, Leça, Matosinhos, Ramalde, Foz, Canidelo, Gaia, Oliveira de Azeméis, Viseu, Coimbra.

CENTER:

Oliveira de Azeméis, Aveiro, Viseu, Coimbra Arcos, Coimbra Solum, Covilhã, Castelo Branco, Guarda.

SOUTH:

Castelo Branco, Tercena, Bobadela, Odivelas, Nações, Fitares, Queluz, Reboleira, Telheiras, Miraflores, Montijo, Cova da Piedade, Seixal, Campo Pequeno, TagusPark, Pontinha, Faro.

Is it true that there is no commitment?

Yes! You just need to keep in mind that, to cancel your contract, you must schedule the cancellation 15 days before the end of the contractual term. You can return at any time 😌

What are the payment methods?

Except for the first payment, which is made through MB Way or Multibanco reference, at Element we accept fortnightly payments via direct debit for your convenience. 💳

How can I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan through your private area. This change will only take effect in the next fortnight. Keep an eye out, because you will receive an email with the date it becomes active 😋

Starting from what age can I attend Element?

Can I be part of the Element Crew starting at the same age or older than 14 years? 😃

How can I change my personal data or revoke my data consents?

To update any of your personal data, such as NIF, IBAN, email, or to revoke data processing consents, you must send your request to elementfitdados@elementgyms.pt . We commit to responding as quickly as possible 😄

How can I cancel my registration?

You can schedule the cancellation of your registration through your private area. Please note that to cancel your contract, you must schedule the cancellation 15 days before the end of the contractual term 🙂

Can I visit or try Element?

Yes! Visit or try Element without any commitment. You need to register, and if you're not satisfied within 14 days after signing up, we will refund your money 😄 Just request a refund through contact@element-fitness.pt. Sign up HERE

Is there a reception?

Element was designed for your convenience and to focus on what matters—training. We do not have a traditional physical reception because the entire registration and access process is 100% online. If you'd like to register at the gym entrance, you can do so via our sign-up page or kiosk at the entry 😎

Do you have a contact number?

At Element, all support is provided digitally and online. From social media to the contact form, which you can find HERE, our team is available to respond to your questions, suggestions, and comments 😉 We promise to reply as quickly as possible.

What is the limited schedule?

We understand our Crew members have different needs. With the OP Plan, you have access to Element seven times a week. From Monday to Friday, your training hours are from opening until 09:30. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, you can train freely from 9:00 to 18:00 😉

What are the gym hours?

You can train at Element year-round, except on Christmas Day and January 1st. Our gyms are open Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 22:30. Except Faro, Fitares, Miraflores, Seixal, TagusPark, and Castelo Branco, which are open from 7:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9:00 to 18:00. ⏱

What do I do if I forget my phone to enter the gym?

We don't want anyone on the Crew to miss their workout, so we remind you not to forget to bring your phone 📱 The QR Code is the only way to access your gym.

What do I need to bring for my workout?

Bring workout clothes and shoes, a workout towel, and if needed, a padlock to store your belongings in our lockers 🔒

Are there lockers and changing rooms?

All Element gyms have lockers and changing rooms available for free. Don’t forget your padlock and towel 😉

Do you have Personal Trainers?

Yes! No Crew member feels lost. If you need a little push, we have Personal Trainers to help you achieve your goals 🏋

Are there group classes?

We do not have traditional studio group classes. Instead, we offer short group dynamics lasting 15 to 20 minutes, perfect to easily fit into your routine. Find out more with your gym instructors 🙂

Can I bring a friend to train with me?

If you subscribe to the Premium plan, you can bring a gym partner during one of your daily workouts 🤗 Your guest does not need to be the same person. They can enter together, one at a time, using the QR code you receive when you sign up.

How can I apply to work at Element?

Go to our Recruitment tab on the website and view all open opportunities. Complete the online form to apply for any active recruitment process or submit a spontaneous application. Your future is with Crew 😇

Why should I join Element Crew?

Can I sign up for a gym that is not yet open?

Yes! If you sign up for a gym during pre-sale, you can enjoy special conditions. 😄

Can I use a foreign IBAN to register?

To register a foreign IBAN, send your request to elementfitcontacto@elementgyms.pt 😎

What happens if the bank does not allow the payment?

Sometimes there is a failure or insufficient funds at the moment, but that's okay! 🙂 If this happens, you can always settle the payment via MB Way or Multibanco Reference through your Private Area 💳

Can I suspend payments while I’m on vacation?

It is not possible to suspend payments during your vacation period. Once you return from vacation, the Crew will be here to welcome you back 😄 Remember that if you cancel, you may need to pay a new registration fee.

Can I reverse a registration cancellation?

If you canceled by mistake, you can send an email to elementfitcontacto@elementgyms.pt  and we will help you reverse the cancellation 😎
